Elleganza Shipping Policy
1. International Shipping Products
1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available on Ellegance are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Switzerland, the United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery usually takes between 10 and 35 business days after shipment, depending on the destination. Orders are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
Orders made via bank slip may take 1 to 5 business days for payment confirmation.
We guarantee that a tracking code will be provided so the customer can follow the delivery progress.
Attention: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, high demand periods, pandemics, or other situations beyond our control.
Elleganza guarantees delivery. If the product is lost or misplaced during the shipping process, the full value of the order will be refunded. All shipments are insured against loss and include free online tracking.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If the product is not delivered within 90 business days after shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Please note that you may receive more than one package, as items may come from different suppliers. This is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products are shipped via national postal services or partner carriers. A tracking code will always be provided and sent by email as soon as it becomes available. This code is usually released within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 business days to display information on the carrier's website after being issued.
2. General Conditions
2.1. Address Accuracy
Elleganza ships products to the address provided by the customer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the information is correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in the package being returned to the sender and may require a new shipping fee.
2.2. Recipient Absence
It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the package. The carrier usually makes up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be sent to the nearest postal office, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days. If not collected, the order will be returned to the sender and a new shipping fee will be required.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Elleganza is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
