What payment methods do you accept?

How can I get free shipping?
If your order contains a product marked “free shipping”, all other products in the same order will also qualify for free shipping.
Can I make changes to my order?
Order changes can be made before products are shipped, usually within 3 business days after purchase. Once a tracking code is provided, products have left our distribution center and cannot be changed.
I registered with the wrong email. What should I do?
Send us an email with the subject "Update Info" including your correct email address. Make sure it's an email you check frequently, as we send order updates and exclusive offers there.
Can you change the delivery address?
If products haven't been shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Contact us with the subject “Update Info” so we can prioritize the change before shipment. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once payment is confirmed, we start preparing your order. Average shipping time and tracking code availability is 3–10 business days, depending on holidays and peak periods.
When can I track my order?
Tracking codes are provided automatically once the product is shipped, usually 3–10 business days after purchase. If you see "not found," it can take 5–10 days for international tracking codes to appear in the system.
When will I receive my products?
Imported products typically take 2–6 weeks to arrive, with an average delivery time of 22 business days.
Is delivery safe? How does the shipping process work?
Delivery is secure and 100% guaranteed. Products are shipped from our distribution centers in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Initial shipping is handled by a local carrier until it reaches the destination country, and the remaining journey is completed by the national postal service.
